It’s the final Summer Stroll of 2024! Enjoy a spooky Halloween Fest along 5th Avenue in Bay Ridge at the end of October, on the Saturday before Halloween. This family-friendly event is sure to involve a ton of tricks (and treats!) for kids and adults alike.
