Bay Ridge’s free summer concerts in Shore Road Park, a long-running neighborhood tradition, has officially kicked off its 2024 season. This year’s lineup includes old favorites and new artists alike. Styles range from funk and ska to irish ballads, salsa, the Grateful Dead, and multiple Yacht Rock bands!

All events are organized by NIA Community Services, in partnership with Councilman Justin Brannan, State Senator Andrew Gounardes, Investors Foundation, Maimonides Health and NYC Parks.

You do not need tickets. All performances are free and open to the public.
It depends on the band performing, but most sets last approximately two hours, with concerts ending around 9pm, shortly after sundown.
The closest entrance is at 79th Street and Shore Road. The performances generally take place to the right when you enter, on the lawn adjoining the parks house.
All concerts have a designated rain-date, which is usually the Wednesday following the original date. Some performances, like Irish Night or the Family Fun Day, have different rain dates. Check the event listings above or the organizer’s website for more details.
